Job description

Provide administartive support for business development group

Assiting with call answering and issuing purchase order number

Assisting in development  the outline for a marketing campaign for MSN, WLD and S.E

Develop, track and manage business development department expenses

Microsoft CRM data entry , analysis and reporting

Develop monthly  tracking report, combining backlog work and projected work

Setting up new jobs

Develop , write, order and manage all printed collateral, advertising and marketing materials.

Management of all MSN contract templates

Maintain Business development milestone/ even calendar

Implement  and manage marketing campaigns

Maintain the list of architects, interior designers, general contractors, realtors.

Mailing and managements of marketing material to identify leads

Arrangement for special meeting / lunch events

Travel and hotel reservation for personnel and job candidates

Point person for business development  with community involvement project

Garden photography for design awards, websites and other collateral

Manage web strategy  and implementation of various internet marketing venues

Manage instagram, facebook, houzz, etc

Event coordinator

Back up for front desk


Requirements

Minimum AA/ AS degree or equivalent or experience in sales / marketing or related field.


Background in office management, event coordinating and sales/ marketing support required

Excellent communication skills. Must be able to work in faced paced environment and be highly detail oriented with superior organizational and time management skills


industry experience is a plus

Excellent computer skills, including CRM and creative related technologies
