Job description

We are seeking a talent acquisition brand ambassador who is enthusiastic about selling our company culture to a wide variety of candidates and assist in managing the entire recruitment life cycle for multiple types of positions. This is an exciting new opportunity being added to the HR Team!

What you will do:

  • Identify candidates in both the obvious and less obvious places - you'll be responsible for reviewing inbound applications as well as proactive outreach to candidates online and offline.
  • Handle all recruitment marketing material
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure talent needs are met
  • Review candidate resumes/profiles for multiple non-exempt and exempt positions. Conduct exploratory, and introductory calls, phone interviews, virtual interviews, and face to face interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring management and gather, organize, and document post-interview debrief sessions with hiring management team.
  • Assist HR Director with recruitment related projects and initiatives including but not limited to managing social media, managing ATS, participation in job fairs, maintaining relationships with universities, professional associations, and agencies, hiring management interview training, campus recruitment outreach, info-sessions and related.
  • Assist in the hand-off within the new hire onboarding process

     Other business necessary projects as needed


Bachelor’s degree preferred

1-2 years of hands-on full life-cycle recruitment experience (high-volume a huge plus)

Related landscaping industry experience preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Solid understanding of employment trends and talent data

Strong proficiency in X-ray and Boolean searching

Excellent computer skills with knowledge of MS Office Suite and ATS applications

Demonstrated success in brand management, recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, and community/social media strategies/campaigns
