Spray Technician/Chemical Applicator

Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience applying lawn and plant fungicides, pesticides & fertilizers
- Knowledge of equipment use & ability to calculate application rates and equipment calibration
- Knowledge of organic products (preferred, not required)
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Ability to diagnose insect and disease and implement a solution
- Ability to perform all duties with minimum supervision and direction
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check
Responsibilities:
- Perform chemical and fertilizer applications on high-end, estate gardens.
- Communicate with Garden Managers
- Spotting, diagnosing, and treating turf and plant issues
- Ability to complete daily paperwork, including complete and accurate pesticide applications
- Drive and operate company provided spray truck
- Mix, load, and apply fertilizers/herbicides to numerous sites each day
- Attend all required safety training and utilizing proper safety equipment.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation starting at $23/per hour, based on experience
