They will further authorize any former employers, educational institutions, references and any relevant agencies to provide information to the Company about user's/candidate's background and experience, and hold Company harmless from any liability whatsoever arising therefrom.

Any application will only be considered for 45 days. If users/candidates have not been hired within 45 days of filling out an application and they wish to be considered for future employment, they must complete a new application.
