  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of landscaping installations, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and communication with clients

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in landscape construction or horticulture is essential
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN UNDERSTANDING OF HOW TO PROPERLY MANAGE PROJECT BUDGETS & SCHEDULES.

COMPUTER SKILLS -MS OFFICE APPLICATIONS
PLEASE NOTE:
COORDINATE AND OVERSEE ALL DAILY OPERATIONS OF INSTALLATION DEPARTMENT, AND EQUIPMENT & SCHEDULING. THIS POSITION REQUIRES PERIODIC VISITS TO THE CONSTRUCTION SITE, THROUGHOUT THE LIFE OF THE PROJECT. DURING SITE VISITS, THE INSTALLATION COORDINATOR WILL BE ANALYZING SITE CONDITIONS AND DEVELOPING STRATEGIES TO BEST PREPARE THE CREWS FOR THE DAYS AHEAD. THEY WILL ALSO BE OBSERVING THE CREWS & PREPARING ROUTINE JOB SITE PERFORMANCE REPORTS. IN ADDITION TO PREPARING AND OBSERVING CREWS, THE INSTALLATION COORDINATOR WILL BE PROVIDING GUIDANCE & FACILITATE JOB TRAINING TO THE CREW. KEEPING THE CREWS ON SCHEDULE & BUDGET THRU PROPER PLANNING, SCHEDULING, TRAINING & LEADERSHIP ARE THE KEY FOCUS OF THIS POSITION.
